    My Waiter, Nick was soooo incredible. I ate alone to venture out to try new restaurants and loved my experience specifically because Nick was just so attentive and wonderful. I had snails to start with and it was perfect for a starter, the oils it was served in was paired deliciously with my warm bread and butter. Followed by another entree which was a beef tartare, not for the faint hearted, it had a lot of flavours. My Main was a barrumandi, plated nicely I couldn’t wait to dig in. To finish it off the creme brûlée was great! I’m a sweet tooth so it was definitely nice to have to served on a long dessert plate that looks massive but I finished it. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks to the chef. The only down side was one waitress who didn’t understand me as I asked her “is there a particular way of eating this dish” she thought I wanted to take it away. Haha

    We had the pleasure of dining at C’est Bon during our holiday at Cairns. The experience was fantastic, and it was such an authentic feeling to having French Staff members attending to us. The customer service was flawless, and the food was perfection. The cocktails were excellent, and the food was to die for. An experience not to be missed. 10/10 (if I could). Thanks for having us!
